Registration Form
Registering your beloved retired service animal with the NFRSA has its benefits. Sign up today - it's very simple, and more importantly, it's completely FREE.
WHY SHOULD YOU REGISTER WITH THE NFRSA?
It's really straightforward - we are here to support you, and by becoming a member of the NFRSA family, it will help us to do just that.
The most important thing to remember is we do NOT charge any monthly membership fees in order to access our grants. Our gifts are just that, gifts. We give our help, where we can, with nothing but love and respect.
Here's how it works.
By registering your retired dog or horse from the Police, Fire & Rescue, Prison, RAF police, MOD police, National Crime Agency, NHS, and Border Force services, you will:
- Make the process of applying for a grant much faster, as we will already know you.
- Have access to special member offers from our partners. This could include food, insurance, or discounts on products you need.
- Be able to stay in touch with us through updates (only with your permission), including a quarterly newsletter.
- Feel you belong to something very special. We are a family, and we want you to feel part of that family.
- Feel completely safe. Your data will NEVER be shared with anyone.
- Know that in times of deep stress, we will be there to support you and make a worrying situation that much easier.
The important stuff: Please note that by being a member, it does not automatically mean your application for assistance will be successful. Each one will be treated with due diligence and on a case by case basis. But it WILL mean the process is streamlined, as we will already know you and your wonderful retired dog or horse.
Please also note the following:
- Retirees should be registered with the NFRSA for at least 30 days before an application can be made.
- Applications need to be submitted within 30 days of treatment.
- Any application received within 30 days of registration will be considered on a case by case basis but support cannot be guaranteed.
This form is treated as confidential and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: While we would love to help everyone, your retired service animals must have been re-licensed at least once in order to qualify. We regret we cannot accept any animal that has served less than that period, but take comfort in the fact they will be young enough to be able to insure.
